7 Ways To Lose Weight

Want to lose some weight but don't know where to start? Here are seven of the best ways to lose weight.

1. Eat healthy
I know you probably hear this everyday. Eat healthy blah blah blah. It's said over and over again, but are you actualy eating healthy? Eating only fruits and vegetables aren't healthy, your diet needs to be balanced, that's healthy. If you're not sure how to eat healthy see a dietician, or do some research. The internet is full of info.

2. Exercise
Exercise is extremely important. Without exercise there is no way of burning the fat. It depends how much weight you want to lose and how you want to do it. Yoga is probably the best, or pilates. Do some yoga in the morning, watch the fat melt away. Do yoga in the morning, jog in afternoon, watch it melt faster.

3. Drink lots of water
Drinking 2 litres of water a day is neccessary for your body to function normally. Drinking more, will help your body detox, and will help you lose some of your water weight. Drinking too much water can be fatal, but no-one in their right mind would drink that much water. Don't drink too much water at once, drink a few glasses every hour, you shouldn't be uncomfortable. Also down a glass of water if you're hungry, it'll help.

4. Fast
Fasting will help you come in control of your hunger cravings. Drink lots of water while you are fasting. The important thing is stay committed, prepare beforehand, determine how long you will be fasting, and also when you will end. There are lots of articles on how to fast on the internet.
5. Sleep
Get lots of sleep, if you're tired you tend to be hungry. Get lots of sleep, and you're appetite won't be as big. Also, don't drink any energy drinks if you're tired. If you're tired, sleep(if it's possible).

6. Eliminate temptation
If you're tempted by cookies, get the cookies out of your house, and to make you feel even better, ruin it. Run water over it, crush it, it will make you feel good about it. Don't hide the cookies, you'll cave in and eat it, get rid of it. Try to get a friend who can do it with you, you'll have a bit more motivation.

7. Count calories
When you start being health conscious food becomes scary. Everytime you see someone eat something oily or fatty you want to kick them in their face and pump their stomache out to get all that poison out. Its's scary. And once you count calories, you're so nauseated by all the numbers and food that you can't eat that much. Which is good. I will also do a post later about how to control your cravings, which really works for me.

Coping With A Psycho Mom

Coping With A Psycho Mom

Mom's can be so annoying! They can be stubborn! They can be stupid! But like it or not, they want the best for you(Well, most of them! There are some nutcases out there, best is to try and get her psychological help!) and although it doesn't seem like that sometimes, I know, it rarely seems like it! Best thing to try and do is breathe, relax, don't shout, don't shut-up either, if she's insulting you make her feel guilty. Anyway, the best way to deal with an annoying mom, is being nice. They can be annoying, they can be embarresing, but they also pay for all your stuff! Don't make her hate you! Anyway, be nice, look at things from her perspective and if she becomes uncontrollably crazily annoying - talk to her. Tell her how annoying it is. Lots of moms don't realise the drama teens go through because there is no communication, they don't know how sensitive they should be - they think your tough and have a hard shell, that's why they are so annoying, they're hoping they can influence you! Also, another good way to develop relationship with your parents is to show them they can trust you, if they ask you something, do it. If they ask you to kill the cat, please don't do it. Some parents are psycho as I've said before. Get them some help!!!
